"One stop shop" engineering services.
We provide a "one stop shop" for engineering services related to new house builds and relocations. We have a multidisciplinary team that can cover the geotechnical, civil, environmental and structural engineering aspects of a project. Rather than employing multiple engineers from different companies and risking the potential for miscommunication, we keep it all in house. This allows for fluid access of information amongst staff members and awareness of variations which may occur during a project. We offer consultation on site layout (in relation to the engineering aspects of the project), geotechnical services; structural design of buildings and retaining; environmental design including stormwater and on-site wastewater disposal as well as site monitoring to ensure the project is constructed according to the plans.

We endeavor to produce practical site-specific, cost-effective solutions. A simple approach to reporting, encompassing concise communication, ensures our clients can understand why design decisions are made, and maintain control over the project costs.
What locations do you visit?
Our office hub is based in Takapuna, North Shore however, our engineers are located all around the wider Auckland region. We can cover anywhere from South of the Bombays to the far North.
What if something changes during my build?
We offer flexibility with your build, if something changes along the way we work with you to ensure the best solution is met promptly to keep your project moving forward without unessesary delays.
What does 'one stop shop' mean?
During a build project there are multiple aspects required for planning, design and Council sign off. Deane Consultancy can cover Geotechnical, Civil, Structural, Stormwater and Wastewater as well as inspections during construction, providing a smoother, more cost effective build process.
What if I am not happy with your service?
We take pride in our ability to communicate well with our clients. Over the years we have devised a variety of efficient foundation designs which provide cost effective solutions in varying ground conditions. There will always be a variety of possible options for any project, and we will discuss the design options with you to ensure that the most economical solution is achieved.
