This coastal, residential development is a typical project where DCL has been involved with multiple facets of the engineering on site. The structure has a substantial cantilever and footings, and the site was very constrained for wastewater disposal. For the clients to be able to proceed with their vision, this small, constrained site required flood analysis, storm water control, upgrade of a public stormwater pipe, on site wastewater design, structural design, and construction monitoring.
